These general terms and conditions apply to all sales transactions of Specter BV, both through authorized dealers and online. By placing an order with Specter BV, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Orders
2.1 Orders can be placed through authorized dealers of Specter BV or through the official Specter website.
2.2 Specter BV reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of incorrect pricing, product availability, suspicion of fraud, or any other reason that is reasonably justified.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 The prices of Specter BV are stated in euros and include VAT unless otherwise specified.
3.2 Payment must be made using the payment methods offered by Specter BV at the time of ordering.
4. Delivery
4.1 Specter BV aims to deliver the ordered products within a reasonable period. The exact delivery time may vary and is dependent on product availability and shipping location.
4.2 Specter BV is not liable for any delays in delivery due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, transportation issues, etc.
4.3 The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the buyer upon delivery.
5. Returns and Warranty
5.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact Specter BV within 14 days of receiving the products for instructions on returns.
5.2 Products must be returned in unused and saleable condition unless otherwise agreed.
5.3 Specter BV provides a warranty period of 2 years on all electrical components of the bicycles. Please refer to the warranty terms for more information.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All intellectual property rights related to the products of Specter BV, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, and images, remain the property of Specter BV.
6.2 It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, or use any material or content from the website, catalog, or other sources of Specter BV without written permission.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1 Belgian law applies to these general terms and conditions and all agreements between the customer and Specter BV.
8.2 Disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall initially be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium unless mandatory legal provisions require otherwise.
